Prices

Gingerwall runs on credits. A full search uses more credits than a short question. Prices include VAT.

Top-ups on any plan: 100 credits for every £1, from £1 to £500. Bought credits never expire.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any timeIn the app with Unsubscribe, or by email. Plans renew monthly until you cancel.
Refund of the unused partWhen you cancel or change plan, we refund the unused part of the month to your card.
14-day right to cancelCancel a purchase within 14 days and we refund what you haven't used.
Failed requests are freeIf a request fails or comes back broken, you are not charged. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and we'll put it right.
