AI model providers
They run the AI models that write the assistant's replies and the reports. Each one meets the conditions in our Privacy Notice. In use means it receives your messages today. Standby means it is announced and checked, so we may switch to it without further notice, for example if the provider in use fails.

Data services we send places to
To build reports we send postcodes, coordinates and place names, never your name, email address or account, to: Google Maps (public transport journey times, nearby places and route maps), PropertyData (homes for sale and to rent, rents and prices), postcodes.io (postcode lookups), Police.uk (crime), HM Land Registry (sold prices), the UK Parliament members service (MPs), Rightmove (place names, to build links to its search) and Wikimedia (area photos). Where each report's data comes from is listed on our data sources page and in the report itself.
